Mr. Guido Reker is the founding partner of the REKER LAW office. He is a German qualified lawyer with bar admission in Germany (Berlin Bar) and Poland (foreign lawyer with the Warsaw Legal Advisers Bar). After legal studies in Germany and France, Mr. Reker worked over a decade in two major international law firms in Germany and Poland. Mr. Reker was a partner with both firms. Subsequently, he worked for the Slovak office of a leading Austrian law firm. Mr. Reker’s clients have included major international companies and financial institutions. However, he has also advised small and medium-sized enterprises and local governments. He is fluent in German, English, French, and Polish. He also understands Slovak. Mr Reker is a member of the Berlin Bar, the Warsaw Legal Advisers’ Bar, the German-Polish Lawyers’ Association and the German-South-African Lawyers’ Association.

Mr. Maciej Kosik is a certified legal counselor. Before joining Reker-Law as a Senior Associate he worked with two major national law firms from Northern Poland. Mr. Kosik graduated from the highly renowned Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He is fluent in Polish and English. He is a member of the Gdańsk legal counselors’ bar.

Mr. Wiktor Szewczyk is a certified attorney. Before joining Reker-Law as a Senior Associate he worked with a major national law firm from Northern Poland. Mr. Wiktor Szewczyk graduated from University of Gdansk. He is fluent in Polish and English. He is a member of the Gdansk attorney bar.

Mr. Marcin Mykowski is a certified legal counselor. Before joining Reker-Law he worked with major law firms in Poland. He worked also as in-house lawyer in energy companies from Northern Poland coordinating the legal team. Mr. Mykowski graduated from the Gdansk University. He is fluent in English and in Polish. He is a member of the Gdańsk legal counselors’ bar.

Ms. Magdalena Kowalska is a certified legal couselor. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University. In addition she completed postgraduate studies in European Law at the European School of Law and Administration in Warsaw. Ms. Kowalczyk is fluent in Polish and English. She is a member of the Kielce legal couselors' bar.

Ms. Agnieszka Zebrowska is the office manager. She is an advanced student of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski in Warsaw. She is fluent in Polish, English and German.
